The ability to control one’s body, is intrinsic to controlling one’s life.
And that is because abortion is not (just) a health issue. Whether we are willing

to let women and
people capable of becoming pregnant, control their own bodies,
is an equity issue
a question of who deserves bodily autonomy and freedom to reach their full
potential. “When control rests elsewhere, autonomy remains perpetually out of

reach,”

histories of annihilation, cohercion and abuse, are just a mirror of what

governments told men about womens rights:
rape as been called a property crime against other men until the previous century

Governments have a lead role to play by fulfilling obligations under human rights

treaties and altering social, political, institutional and economic structures

that reinforce gender inequalities.

We will not turn back
to those that put us down
no one step back to the few things allowed
men are still thinking too much about us
restricting our rights as they feel attacked
alluring minds of pro life shite
destroying hope of poor people's lives

While outside the west we are gaining our 1st rights
US states are putting them aside
trying to prohibit abortion altogether
not sneaking anymore, and with religious pride

illegal abortions result in more deaths
there's no way a woman will keep this distress
men shouldn't take decisions about women's bodies
admit your choice ain't value free!

you want to punish
the unsafe and the poor
you need your power and control
to resist.

We must admit, we let them fool us too long, once upon the time,there was a world

where patriarchy wasnt a threat,
we must stop all those that still try to tame us and harm us, we have to fight

back,
never be quiet, stand up for abortion rigths in every part of the world, and put

those patriarchal guys deciding over our life and death,
back to their fucking place!
